A career spanning three decades and a continual quest to deepen my understanding of the human body has resulted in a multi-faceted approach to treatment. 

​

Aside from standard Physiotherapy fare, I offer a variety of specialized services including CranioSacral Therapy, Breast, Head & Neck and other Cancer Rehabilitation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Lymphedema and Lipidema management.

My treatment style is "whole-istic" and my toolbox is jam packed!

 

Sessions may include manual therapies, stretching, strengthening and conditioning, as well as discussions about how dietary and lifestyle factors, sleep patterns and stressors are impacting your health and happiness.

 

I'm exceptionally passionate about educating clients about the importance of nervous system regulation. A healthy, well balanced nervous system is essential for positively impacting anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, PTSD, sleep disturbances and global body tension. CranioSacral Therapy techniques and mind-body strategies provide much needed support. Self-management strategies are part of an individualized home exercise program to facilitate the blossoming of progress made in sessions.
